cool treat

Sizzling weather. Time for a cool treat. Chilled mango with raspberry ice cream. OK, the real reason I filled the centre with ice cream was that I’d scooped out the sweetest softest flesh in the centre and shared it with Lucy. 🙂 She loves mango, and we both love chilled sweet mango. It’s mango season here in Australia, and I treated myself to three, as they were going at a special price. It was delicious!

In the meantime, the Princess tries to keep cool in my bed by scrunching up the duvet covers into a comfy mound in the centre and basking in the full blast of the electric fan.
