Sometimes, when the senses become too overwhelmed and assaulted from all directions, one just feels like having something simple. I picked up a packet of gluten free pasta shells and boiled up a portion. Then sprinkled parmesan cheese over the cooked shells and popped the plate into the microwave for a minute. Served up with chopped spring onion for added zing. Simple pleasures for an Aspie foodie chick’s overloaded palate!
