Right, one last post before I take the Princess out. She has already begun to get restless, asking to go out for her evening walk.
I baked the two legs of lamb. Soy sauce and honey marinade. Nothing fancy. That was all I had. No herbs in my kitchen, I cannot afford it, and I haven’t the space in my tiny shoebox to grow my own. The dark colour is the result of caramalised soy and honey.
It tasted delicious, eaten Asian style, with noodles and yes, more tomato!
