I made pizza dough for the first time, two days ago. Success! Yay!

Cooking is not a particularly Aspie thing, but the level of obsession may well be connected to the detail focused brain. Poverty dictates that I have to eat the same things over and over again, and that is when Asperger’s comes in handy. I quite revel in the repetition. Each time something is repeated, it is still different, because true replication just cannot happen in the process of home cooking and experimenting. There is always some transition, transformation, translation and variation involved.

Bacon again. And spinach. And tomato paste. Oh, not forgetting the cheese. I used Aussie Tasty just because it is much cheaper than Mozarella. On simple pizza dough. Baked together and here it is ready for tucking into!
